Italian Sub Fries


  1. Prepare Colossal Crisp® Regular Cut Fries according to package directions.
  2. Toss fries in Italian seasoning and line them vertically on a HOT plate.
  3. Top with assorted deli meats, diced onion and tomato and sliced banana peppers.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar.

  • 3 oz, assorted
  • Roma® Oil, Olive, to taste
  • 1/4 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced
  • 1/2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced
  • vinegar, to taste
