            Lamb with Bolognese Sauce
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Mix all spices together with the olive oil. Rub the chops and place on char grill to cook, turning to cook evenly to medium rare. 
 
    - Place the sauce in a sauté pan and turn on medium heat and bring to a slight boil. Add spaghetti to the sauce and toss.
 
    - Place the pasta and sauce in a nice pasta bowl. Stand the racks in the middle leaning on each other and serve.

                                    - 5 oz Assoluti® Pasta, Spaghetti
 
                                    - 6 oz Bolognese Sauce
 
                                    - 2 pairs lamb chops
 
                                    - 1/8 tsp oregano, dried
 
                                    - 1 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
 
                                    - 1/8 tsp rosemary, dried
 
                                    - 1/8 tsp thyme, ground

                            Directions
                            
    - Add all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to a boil. When it's at a boil, turn down and simmer for 30 minutes.

                                            - 3/4 of one Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, diced
 
                                            - 1/2 cup red wine
 
                                            - 1/2 tsp salt
 
                                            - 15 oz Roma® Tomato Sauce
 
                                            - 28 oz Roma® Tomatoes, Canned Crushed
