Directions
- Heat white queso and stir in ground beef crumbles and Pico de Gallo, stirring until combined. Hold hot.
- Heat Lamb Weston® Mini Waffled Hash Browns according to package instructions and toss in taco seasoning.
- Plate the seasoned Lamb Weston® Mini Waffled Hash Browns with a cup of fiesta queso (2 fl. oz.) and garnish with green onions.

- 2 fl. oz. Queso Mama® Fiesta Queso
- 16 oz. White queso cheese sauce
- 8 oz. beef, ground, cooked
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
