Roasted Turkey and Horseradish Sub
Directions
- Slice roll in half and brush both sides with Ken’s Horseradish Aioli.
- Build in the following order: turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles.
- Cut in half and serve with choice of side.

- 2 tbsp. Ken's® Horseradish Aioli
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Shredded
- 2 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
- 1/4 cup pickle(s)
- 1 roll(s), sub
- 4 oz. turkey, sliced , cooked
