Turkey Filet Sandwich

Directions

  1. Toast the bread then spread each toasted side with 1 1/2 tbsp. of mayonnaise per side.
  2. Over the mayonnaise, spread 2 tbsp. of cranberry sauce over the bottom slice and top with the Bibb lettuce or fresh greens.
  3. Place the grilled turkey filet over the cranberry sauce and greens. Place stuffing on top.
  4. Top with another slice of bread over the filet and stuffing.

  • 2 slices whole wheat artisan bread with seeds
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce, whole berry
  • 1/2 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp stuffing
  • 1 Butterball® Grilled Turkey Filet
