Angel Food Cake Supreme


  1. With two forks carefully hollow out inside of cake, leaving firm shell.
  2. Tear removed pieces of cake into small pieces and blend with whipped cream, coconut or strawberries, pineapple and cut marshmallows.
  3. Fill cake ring with mixture and allow to stand for several hours.
  4. When ready to serve, add more whipped cream if desired, fresh fruit, or sprinkle with salted nuts.


  • 1 box angel food cake, baked as per instructions
  • 1/2 lb(s). Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, Miniature, cut
  • 1 Cup(s) Magellan® Pecans, Halved, salted, optional
  • 1 Cup(s) pineapple(s), whole, diced
  • 1 Cup(s) strawberries, fresh, or coconut
  • 1 Cup(s) Sweet Encore® Whipped Topping
