Braised Beef Bowl with Hash, Arugula, and Horseradish Crema

Directions

  1. Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
  2. Heat beef and hash separately.
  3. In serving bowl, layer hash as base, top with beef. Add arugula and drizzle with crema. Add avocado and garnish with pickled onions. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 4 oz. beef, braised and shredded
  • 3 oz. Simplot RoastWorks® Roasted Potato and Vegetable All Day Hash
  • 1 cup arugula, fresh
  • 1 tbsp. Horseradish Crema, prepared
  • Pickled onions, as garnish
  • salt and pepper, to taste
