Directions
- Sear the brisket and sauerkraut on the flattop.
- Toast the pretzel bun with butter on the flattop.
- Place the brisket and sauerkraut on the bun.
- Cover the brisket and sauerkraut with the beer cheese and the top bun.
- Serve with potato chips and pickles.
