Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Potato Fries


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Toss uncooked fries with cornstarch, remove excess cornstarch and toss with olive oil
  3. Mix 1/3 cup of the sugar and 1/2 tsp of the cinnamon and toss with the fries
  4. Spread fries on baking sheet and bake per package instructions, taking them out to flip half way through
  5. If using fresh sweet potatoes, bake 15 minutes before flipping and then bake another 10-15 minutes
  6. Let fries cool slightly and then toss in a bowl with the remaining sugar and cinnamon
  7. Mix confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla together and drizzle over fries.


  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Milk
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1.5 lbs Silver Source® Fries, Sweet Potato
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sugar, confectioner's
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, pure
