Cod Clam Chowder

Directions

  1. Blend cod, sweet corn, cashews, olive oil, heavy cream, garlic, and salt in a large pot and heat on stove.
  2. Ladle 6 ounces into a bowl.
  3. Garnish with corn, cilantro, and pepper.

  • 2 oz cashews, salted
  • 8 oz cod, black
  • 6 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Corn
  • 1/2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Corn
  • 1/4 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
  • 2 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1 pinch salt
