- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve with caramelized cod filet.

- 2 Tbsps. oregano
- 2 tsps. cumin, ground
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, clove(s), chopped

- 1 cup parsley
- 3/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsps. vinegar, red wine
- 1/2 Tbsp. West Creek® Hot Sauce
