Directions
- In a bowl add avocado pulp and mash with a fork.
- Add onion, lime juice, cilantro, tomato, and salt then stir with fork.
- Serve with Contigo® tortilla chips.

- 2 cups Contigo Avocado Pulp
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), juice only
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), small dice
- 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, small dice
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 8 oz Contigo® Tortilla Chips
