Deluxe Vodka Sauce Sicilian Pizza


  1. Spread vodka sauce evenly over pizza shell, up to 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over vodka sauce. Evenly distribute the bell peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage over cheese.
  2. Bake in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake for 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Just before serving garnish pizza with the chopped basil.


  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, chopped
  • 8 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), chopped
  • 6 oz Roma® Pepperoni, Sliced
  • 1 pizza crust, 14-inch
  • 6 oz Burke® Sausage and Pork Topping, Italian
  • 8 oz vodka sauce
