Bay Winds® EZ Peel BBQ Shrimp


  1. Place a seasoned cast iron skillet on the medium high heat area of your grill. Add the olive oil and shrimp.
  2. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on the shrimp and toss to coat. Now pour in the bottle of beer and simmer for 1-2 minutes to burn off the alcohol.
  3. Slowly whisk in the butter to form the sauce and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Portion shrimp in a warm pasta bowl then garnish with chopped green onions and a slice or two of bread for dipping then serve.


  • 1 lb Bay Winds® EZ Peel Shrimp, 16/20 count
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 6 oz beer, amber
  • 1/4 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 8 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, cubed at room temperature
  • 4 ea Delancey Street Deli® Ciabatta Baguette, griilled, torn for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped for garnish (optional)
