Peak Fresh Produce® Garden Frittata


  1. Pre-heat convection oven to 375°F for later.
  2. In an 8” non-stick pan over medium high heat, add butter flavored oil.
  3. Now add peppers, spinach, broccoli, onion, garlic, spinach, salt, pepper, grape tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in egg mixture and allow to cook while swirling in a circular motion with the handle.
  5. Sprinkle west creek goat cheese on top and transfer pan to oven and bake for 15-10 minutes until egg is lightly browned on top and fluffy.
  6. Remove from pan and cut into 6 slices and serve.

  • 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese, Goat, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brilliance Butter Flavored Oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
