Tomato Jam

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large heavy bottom pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook 1 ½ hours until the consistency of a thick jam.
  3. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Bella Rossa® Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. red pepper, flakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
