Muffaletta Pasta Salad

Directions

  1.  Cook pasta per instructions drain and chill
  2. Add all ingredients together and let marinate for 3-4 hours
  3. Serve chilled

  4. Garnish with parsley and Crostini .

Ingredients

  • 1 Capicolla, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 lb dry pasta , bowtie works great but any shape will work
  • 1 Genoa, diced
  • 1 cup pepper(s), green, diced
  • 1 Mortadella , diced
  • 64 oz Muffaletta Mix
  • pepper, to taste
  • cheese, provolone, cubed small
  • 1 cup Red Peppers , diced
  • 1 cup yellow peppers, diced
