Blend milk, cream, PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth. Divide into 4 iSi canisters, charge each with 1 N2 cartridge, and refrigerate until service.
Whisk the jar of KOOL-AID Cherry powder with 1/2 gallon warm water until dissolved. Chill.
Into each glass, add a spoonful of lychee jelly chunks, followed by 4 tbsp KOOL-AID syrup. Fill with sparkling water. Top with a generous swirl of Philly Cream Cheese Foam and finish with a sprinkle of dry KOOL-AID Cherry powder.
