Shoyu Bok Choy
Directions
- Whisk cilantro, sesame oil, shoyu, chili sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Toss Bok choy with sauce mixture then serve.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® Bok Choy, cut into quarters then grilled
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® ginger, mined
- 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Asian Pride® Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup shoyu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
