Sirloin Filet Lobster Tail


  1. Season Filet and place on Grill, cook to desired temp.
  2. Crack open tail and pull meat to the top brush with butter and place on lower grill to cook slowly.
  3. Place olive oil and 1 tsp butter in sauté pan and heat on medium. Add the 2 portions of green beans and sauté until tender and then add a touch of brown sugar and whip in with butter, toss and coat the green beans and place on plate.
  4. Add Filet to plate and stand tail on filet brush with butter one last time, place microgreens on plate and serve


  • 6 oz Bay Winds® Lobster, Tail(s)
  • 8 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet
  • 2 portions green beans, bacon wrapped
  • 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 1/2 tsp West Creek® Sugar, Brown
