Sliced Tenderloin of Beef Sandwich
Directions
- Slice bread in half and grill. Brush both sides with Ken’s Dijon Horseradish.
- Top with baby greens, sliced tenderloin and marinated tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Place top of bread on sandwich, cut in half and serve.

- 5 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, cooked, sliced
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 Heritage Ovens® Bread, Baguette(s), Artisan French, 6-inch
- 1/4 cup Ken's® Dijon Horseradish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Baby Green Leaf
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced and marinated
