Street Corn Nachos

Directions

  1. Thaw avocado pulp and guacamole according to package instructions.
  2. For guacamole; combine avocado pulp, mayonnaise, lime, habanero, cilantro, salt and sugar in a food processor and purée until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and store chilled for service.
  3. Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions.
  4. For each serving; prepare 5 oz. of chips according to the package directions. Top with a drizzle of 1-1/2 oz. of avocado sauce, and 2-1/2 oz. corn and jalapeño blend.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 oz. of cheese and serve with a 2 oz. cup of guacamole.
