Directions
- Preheat deep fryer to 350ºF. Cook 1 frozen MorningStar Farms® Royal Thai Curry Patty in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat for 3 minutes on each side until it reaches 165ºF. Cut in half and keep warm.
- Fry the lotus leaf buns in the fryer for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Keep warm.
- In a bowl, mix kale mix, tamarind chutney, cilantro, mint, crispy chickpeas, and olive oil. Refrigerate.
- To assemble, place a lotus leaf bun on a plate and fill it with half of the veggie patty and 1/2 cups of kale mixture. Repeat with the second bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
