When Mr. Louis G. Piancone opened his traditional Italian delicatessen in Bradley Beach. N.J., in 1955, he couldn’t have imagined what the future would hold. Nearly seven decades later, Mr. P is the inspiration for the most celebrated name in pizza and Italian food, from coast-to-coast.
Driven by the motto of “Quality and Service,” the Roma mission is to support local restaurants in every way possible.
