Lonnie Varisco
Director of Business Development, Performance Foodservice Corporate
Chef Lonnie brings over 30 years of foodservice expertise to training our sales associates on the needs and expectations of restaurant operators. A New Orleans native and graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, he has served as an Executive Chef in several of the city’s top kitchens, operated his own consulting firm and gourmet food and wine store, and advised operators from the U.S. to China on menu development, cost control, and kitchen design. Chef Lonnie also hosted the national PBS cooking show Jazz Brunch for ten years and has appeared on the Food Network.
