With more than 19 years in the foodservice industry, Ana Luisa brings a passion for Hispanic and Latin cuisine, global market experience, and a deep appreciation for the connection between food, family, and culture to the Hispanic/Latin Segment in the Midwest.

As National Sales Manager for the Hispanic/Latin Segment in the Midwest, Ana Luisa Verba draws inspiration from both her professional experience and her roots. Born and raised in Baja California Sur, Mexico, she grew up surrounded by family, food, laughter, music, and dancing. Today, she carries those traditions with her in Northeast Ohio, where she lives with her husband of 23 years and their two sons.

Professionally, Ana Luisa has built a diverse career across food distribution, cruise lines, and the pork and beef industries, supporting both national and international markets. Her experience spans business development, strategic sales, product commercialization, and marketing. What drew her to Performance was a culture built around collaboration and a shared commitment to helping customers succeed.
