At Arandas, all of their sauces, salsas, meats, and juices are made from scratch that Jesus and Juan’s mother taught them before they left home near Tlaxcala, Mexico. Performance has been the main food distributor for Arandas since day one. Jesus has always used Braveheart® Ribeyes and Inside Rounds, Bay Winds® Shrimp, El Velle® Cheese, and Contigo® Peeled Tomatoes.

People ask him all the time what meat he uses, and in fact, other Performance customers only eat at Arandas on their day off and ask all the time what brand he buys. Jesus always politely says he will never switch from Braveheart. If something is needed in the community, you can always count on Jesus to help. He works hard every day and rarely takes time off. He can recall only one time when he took his family on a well-deserved trip to Disney World.
