Jorge’s passion for hospitality began during childhood, watching his father dedicate his life to working in restaurants. Inspired by his father’s grit, determination, and unwavering work ethic, Jorge pursued the same path, working his way from server to manager, before ultimately becoming the proud owner and operator of two restaurants.

Committed to sharing the true flavors of Mexico, Jorge has built his establishments around authentic Mexican cuisine, honoring traditions and recipes that shaped his upbringing.

The name Santi holds a special meaning — it was inspired by his son, whom Jorge hopes will one day continue the family legacy and passion for hospitality.

Originally from a town in Jalisco, Mexico, renowned for its rich tequila–making heritage and vibrant community of tequileros, Jorge brings those cultural influences into every detail of his restaurants, creating an experience that celebrates the spirit of his hometown.
