35 years ago, Jose Bravo moved to the U.S. from Degollado, a small town in Jalisco, Mexico. Jose has been in the restaurant industry for years, in a number of different positions, and he’s worked with Performance since he started as the manager at El Cazador Mexican Grill in Monticello, Kentucky,18 years ago. Since then, Jose has opened several restaurants, trusting in Performance products and services to help grow his business. He owns El Toro Mexican Grill at the College Square Mall and Bravo’s Mexican Grill in Morristown as well as Toro Mexican Grill in White Pine.
