Trópico is a little piece of Colombia in the heart of Minneapolis. We were born from a dream of sharing our culture through its flavors, colors, and the warmth that defines us as Latinos.

Our kitchen is inspired by the Colombian food that connects us to home: recipes full of tradition, street-food flavors, dishes made for sharing, and experiences that tell a little bit of who we are and where we come from.

To us, Trópico is much more than a restaurant. It represents family, community, resilience, and pride in our roots. During Hispanic Heritage Month, we are especially proud to celebrate the diversity of our Hispanic community and the opportunity to represent Colombia, share our story, and create a space where everyone feels welcome.
