Amanda is a natural-born foodie with 10+ years of experience in the foodservice industry. From slinging salads and sandwiches at Panera Bread to now supporting operators through one of the nation’s leading foodservice distributors, her passion for great food has remained at the heart of everything she does. She’s always eager to try something new (with the lone exception of sea urchin), and one of her favorite “food groups” is raw fish — lots of it.
When she’s not searching for the next great place to wine and dine, Amanda enjoys spending time with her dog, getting outdoors at a local brewery, taking snowboarding trips, marathon running, and fitting in the occasional hot yoga class. Whether she’s exploring new flavors or chasing her next adventure, Amanda brings the same energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to every experience.
