Our portfolio of Empire’s Treasure® Canned Crabmeat is expanding with a new item that combines four different grades of blue swimming crab into one versatile container that will delight users who want to celebrate all of the flavors and textures of canned crabmeat in one easy to stock item.

This first time in brand offering is an extension to our wide variety of canned crabmeat that makes the decadence of crabmeat available to a wider audience by placing four grades of crab in one container. Each one pound can includes:

• a top 10% layer of prized jumbo lump crabmeat, luscious chunks of crab, used commonly and sparingly in crabcakes and crab cocktail.
• The second 30% layer is backfin lump crabmeat, with a creamy white crab chunks and a delicate flavor most commonly used in crab cakes and dips.
• The third 20% layer is special crabmeat, a wonderful crab-forward flavor most commonly used for salads.
• The bottom 40% layer is claw meat, which is ideal for crab cakes, soups and sauces and has the most concentrated crab flavor of all the crabmeat grades.
