While you could serve them as part of a sumptuous raw bar - they’re also great as a base for Oysters Rockefeller or any other of a myriad of applications. Try them baked, roasted, or smoked with signature crafted butter made with Nature’s Best Dairy® Butter. These are a great labor-saving item for operators who want to feature oysters but don’t want to bother with shelling fresh oysters.

Empire’s Treasure Frozen Fully Cooked Clams are farm raised in Thailand and are available in 2 sizes. These clams are harvested and cooked in shell and are a perfect start to a raw bar or are ready to be the star of center of the plate entree of linguine and clams or Clams Casino.

Empire’s Treasure Breaded Seafood Cakes and Pub-style Crab Cakes are portions of imitation crabmeat or blue swimming crab and imitation crabmeat depending on the SKU. These seafood cakes and crab cakes are a great solution for buffets or any high-volume environment where a seafood option is desired, but taste, price and value are of the utmost importance and consideration.
