Magellan® Copper Kettle Cheese is crafted from an exclusive recipe. This cheese variety is a hard, domestic cheese that has been cooked in copper vats and aged for 16 months to develop a distinctive taste, through the natural fermentation of cow’s milk. A copper vat heats evenly and makes a difference when making cheese. Magellan® Copper Kettle Cheese pairs well with dark chocolate or a simple drizzle of honey. It can also be sprinkled on a salad as a sweet compliment, or added to a savory dish to balance out the flavor.

Magellan® Asiago Cheese is a rustic, semi-hard cheese made from cow’s milk. This cheese is a sweeter and smoother version of Parmesan, and is aged for 10 months, resulting in a nutty flavor profile. Magellan® Asiago Cheese is ideal as a stand alone snack, as a cheese dip, in quesadillas, in a cream sauce for pasta or chicken, and as an ingredient in a cream-based soup.

Magellan® Monteau Cheese is a semi-hard, cow’s milk, Alpinestye cheese. This cheese has intense fruity flavors with a hint of butter and hazelnut. It is aged for 120 days to deliver the perfect flavor balance. Magellan® Monteau Cheese is ideal for casseroles, pastas, French onion soup, and will steal the show on any cheeseboard.

Magellan® Tuscan Rubbed Fontal is a smooth cow’s milk cheese that has a creamy texture and mild, slightly sweet flavor. Each Magellan® Tuscan Rubbed Fontal wheel is hand rubbed during the 60-day aging process to develop signature flavor and texture characteristics. The classic spice blend will enhance any Italian dish.
