These time-honored recipe creations are the newest additions to the Zebec Mediterranean product line. Zebec Mediterranean Doughs, Desserts, and Appetizers are imported from the Mediterranean, are made using traditional recipes and authentic ingredients, and are premium quality products due to their origin and craftsmanship.

#4 Phyllo Dough

Phyllo dough is a type of very thin pastry dough used in many Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Balkan dishes, known for being crisp, flaky, and delicate when baked. Once defrosted, the dough will be ready to use for many recipes, including baklava and spanakopita.

Classic Baklava

This classic Mediterranean dessert is made with layers of phyllo dough, is stuffed with walnuts and cinnamon, and is sweetened with syrup. Simply thaw and serve!

Kadaifi Dough

Kadaifi dough is a unique type of pastry dough that’s used primarily in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Balkan desserts. When baked, the dough becomes very crispy, similar to the texture of fried noodles or crispy pastry.

Kunafeh Cheese

Kunafeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert that combines shredded phyllo dough with real kunafa cheese, and is topped with a sweet, delicious syrup. Serve warm, and top with whipped cream, ice cream, or crushed pistachios for an added touch of sweetness!

Nut Rolls

Phyllo dough wrapped in syrup and walnuts, topped off with sliced almonds and chocolate drizzle. Classic nut rolls are ideal to serve with fresh fruits and dried fruits, ice cream and cream, and roasted nuts and cheeses.

Pistachio Baklava

Pistachio baklava has layers of phyllo dough stuffed with pistachios and sweetened with syrup, resulting in a crunchy, buttery-sweet dessert.

Spinach and Cheese Mini Pastries

Spinach and cheese mini pastries are bite-sized savory pastries made with a flaky or crispy outer layer, usually phyllo dough or puff pastry, and filled with a cheese and spinach mixture.

Vegan Bulk Kibbeh

Kibbeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dish typically made from bulgur wheat, minced meat (usually lamb or beef), onions, and spices.

Walnut Baklava

Walnut baklava shares the same rich history as its pistachio counterpart, featuring layers of phyllo dough stuffed with walnuts and sweetened with syrup. Simply thaw and serve!
