Cajun Prime Rib Sandwich
Directions
- Preheat grill to 400ºF.
- Brush both sides of prime rib slice with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 oz. of Cajun seasoning on each side of prime rib and place on heated grill.
- Brush both sides of ciabatta bread with butter and lightly toast or grill. Cut slices in half diagonally and shingle on the plate.
- Once the steak has reached desired temperature place over toasted bread. Top with caramelized onions and serve.

- 2 oz. Cajun Seasoning
- 2 oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, melted
- 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), caramelized
- 1 oz. Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 6 oz. West Creek® Beef, Prime Rib, thick slice
