Fig and Mascarpone Appetizer


  1. Place the Fig purse on a sheet pan and bake to 150 degrees.
  2. Put sour cream in a bowl and add the onion sauce and mix.
  3. Place in a bowl and in the middle of a plate and place the heated purses around the plate.
  4. Drizzle the glaze and serve.


  • 1 tsp. balsamic glaze
  • 5 each fig and mascarpone purse
  • 1 tsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. onion sauce
