Melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler.
Spread each square with a thin layer of the melted chocolate and then sprinkle with the sugar/sprinkles to cover the chocolate (work in batches while the chocolate is still warm and the sprinkles will stick). Let cool and then cut each in half diagonally.
Prepare each shake by blending until smooth 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup blueberry filling, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/3 cup milk and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Spread the outside edge of a 16 ounce glass with the marshmallow crème. Roll the edge of the glass in the sprinkles/sugar to cover the marshmallow.
Fill the glass with smooth shake. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with 3 wedges of the graham cracker glacier shards.
