RedHot® Mild Chicken Wings


  1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Cool completely. Hold refrigerated for service.
  2. For service, set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, deep fry 1 pound wings until golden brown.
  3. Drain wings and place in bowl. Toss with 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Serve hot with desired accompaniments.
