Roasted Tomato Salsa


  1. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes, chilis, and OLD BAY® Hot Sauce.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, cool completely and hold refrigerated for service.


  • 1/4 cup Anaheim chiles, 1/4" dice
  • 2 cup fire roasted tomatoes, canned, diced
  • 2 tbsp OLD BAY® Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup white onion, 1/2" dice
