White Chocolate Raspberry Iced Coffee


  1. Thaw strawberries according to package instructions.
  2. To make foam topper; purée strawberries in blender until smooth. Add coconut milk and blend until the mixture is frothy.
  3. Pour 8 fl. oz. brewed coffee into a coffee cup. Top with 2 oz. strawberry foam. Garnish with raspberry crumbles and ruby chocolate.

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, Silk® brand preferred
  • 1 qt coffee, brewed, chilled
  • 1/4 cup Simplot Simple Goodness™: Raspberries, IQF Crumbles 6/2lb
  • 1/4 cup Ruby chocolate, shaved
