This foodie has deep roots in Chesapeake Bay cuisine and Pennsylvania Dutch traditions. A collector of cookbooks and cultivator of food memories, she’s always on the hunt for new inspiration. Amy tests a minimum of 50 new recipes every year, from creative twists on everyday dishes to discovering new flavors, new techniques, and new favorites. Adventurous in her own kitchen and on the road, she’ll talk food (and hopefully taste it, too!) anytime, anywhere. A believer in food’s vital contribution to healthspan, she relies on rowing, yoga, and plants to keep life in balance.
