Lamb Burger


  1. In a medium bowl, add the crème fraiche and Peak dill.Whisk until combine and refrigerate.
  2. On a high heat grill, grill lamb burger to desired temp.
  3. Toast the Brioche roll in a 350 degree oven
  4. Build burger from the bottom up by adding……lettuce, tomato, grilled halloumi, and the lamb burger. Top brioche bun with the dill crème fraiche. Garnish with cornichons. Toothpick

  • 2 oz Atalanta Halloumi Cheese
  • 1/4 oz Peak Fresh Produce Dill
  • Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
  • 2 oz Roland Cornichon
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce Heirloom Tomatoes
