Apple Cider

Whether hot or cold, apple cider is one of the most anticipated flavors of fall. Pair chilled apple cider with rum and sparkling wine for a crisp cocktail. Or, build big autumnal flavors with a mulled cider with star anise, cinnamon, and cloves. Those warm aromas pair perfectly with bourbon or brandy.


There’s a reason almost everyone recognizes these three letters. The pumpkin spice latte is a highly coveted seasonal drink. Get in on the trend by combining coffee and pumpkin spice syrup with bourbon, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and pimento bitters.

Hot Toddy

You don’t need a prescription, but the hot toddy is practically medicinal nonetheless. Ideal for sore throats, the hot toddy combines lemon, honey, and whiskey. Riff on this classic by adding different spices (chai spices would work especially well here!), switching out the whiskey for rum, or adding ginger and the citrusy notes of yuzu.

Gin & (Pomegranate) Juice

Pomegranates are a cocktail-friendly fall fruit that works well with gin.
