Or, build big autumnal flavors with a mulled cider with star anise, cinnamon, and cloves. Those warm aromas pair perfectly with bourbon or brandy.

PSL

Hot Toddy

You don’t need a prescription, but the hot toddy is practically medicinal nonetheless. Ideal for sore throats, the hot toddy combines lemon, honey, and whiskey. Riff on this classic by adding different spices (chai spices would work especially well here!), switching out the whiskey for rum, or adding ginger and the citrusy notes of yuzu.

Spiced Maple Manhattan

The sweet scent of maple syrup is perfect for fall, and it works especially well when paired with whiskey and vermouth.

Gin & (Pomegranate) Juice

Garnish with a little fresh thyme to keep it super seasonal
