Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

Directions

  1. Lightly toast the brioche bread, grill the sausage patties on the grill, and fry the egg.
  2. To assemble, add the gruyere cheese, the fried egg, the sausage pattie, grilled peaches, Calabrian chiles and top with fresh arugula.

  • 1 slice peach(es), grilled
  • 1 tbsp. Calabrian chilis
  • 1 slice cheese, Gruyère
  • 1 egg(s), fried
  • 1 small bunch arugula
