Empire’s Treasure All-Natural, Cold-Smoked Salmon is created with farm-raised Atlantic Salmon from Chile that is imported, dry cured with sea salt and natural brown sugar and then cold smoked over oak wood chips. The result is delicious, rich, simple prepartion of salmon that needs only to be defrosted at room temperature to be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
