Ahi Tuna Nachos

Directions

  1. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and fry at approximately 350°F until golden and crisp, about 30–60 seconds. Drain well and season lightly with kosher salt.
  2. Prepare the spicy mayo: Combine mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare the tuna: Dice the tuna into approximately 1/4-inch pieces. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  4. Build the nachos: Arrange the wonton chips on a serving plate or shallow bowl. Scatter the ahi tuna, edamame, avocado, mango, and jalapeño evenly across the chips.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo and hoisin. Finish with Green Onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately with a lime wedge
