Al Pastor Crunch Dog

Directions

  1. Wrap uncooked bacon around hot dog, securing bacon in place with toothpicks.
  2. Place wrapped hot dog into fryer basket; fry until bacon is crispy and hot dog has reached an internal temperature of 150°F.
  3. While the hot dog is cooking, toast bun on a flat-top grill or in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. To assemble, spread mayonnaise inside of toasted bun. Nestle bacon-wrapped hot dog inside. Top with pico de gallo and a drizzle of Custom Culinary® Al Pastor Sauce. Finish with cilantro.
