Al Pastor Pizza


  1. To prepare pizza, stretch dough into a circle of desired thickness.
  2. Spread chili sauce over dough. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, Asiago and Mozzarella cheeses. Scatter pork over cheese.
  3. Bake 4 minutes in wood fired pizza oven, preheated to 650°F.
  4. Remove from oven. Scatter cilantro leaves over top. Crumble Cotija cheese evenly over and spritz with lime juice before serving.


  • 9 oz pizza dough, prepared
  • 7 oz Real California Chili Sauce
  • 3 oz Real California Parmesan, grated
  • 3 oz Real California Asiago cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Real California Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Marinated pork, adobo
  • cilantro, fresh
  • 3 oz Real California Cotija cheese
  • lime juice, fresh squeezed
